This notice explains what White Glove Recruitment collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers whitegloverecruitment.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form — your name, email address, and whatever details that particular form asks for. Nothing is required beyond what the form shows.
- Technical basics — your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment you submit a form. We keep these as proof of when consent was given and to stop automated abuse, not to profile you.
- Aggregate traffic — page views and country-level location via our CDN. This is counted in aggregate and is not tied to you.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to deliver anything you asked for, and to send updates if you opted in. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to evidence consent, then delete them on request.
Sharing your information with referral partners
On some pages we offer to connect you with a named third-party partner (for example a recruiter, accountant, designer or service provider). If you ask us to, and tick the box naming that partner, we share the contact and enquiry details you submit with that specific partner so they can respond to you. We only share with the partner you selected, for that enquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Under US state privacy laws this passing of details may be treated as “sharing”; you can opt out or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@whitegloverecruitment.com, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals. Partners are independent and use your data under their own privacy policies once you are connected.

Marketing email only goes to people who ticked the optional box. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we honour it promptly. You can also unsubscribe by emailing hello@whitegloverecruitment.com.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@whitegloverecruitment.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK/EU you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
